Don's mandate as President of Right at Home Realty is to build on the success of Right at Home Realty that resulted under the leadership and vision of Arthur Bartram. Don will endeavour to lead the organization through increased brand awareness, expansion and further strengthen and develop the value proposition to both the consumer and the sales team.
Don has served as the Vice President & Division Manager for Royal LePage's flagship operation, Royal LePage/Johnston & Daniel Division; Vice President, Products & Services for an Orlando, Florida based Real Estate HR consulting firm; General Manager, North American Real Estate for Paris, France, based Trader Classified Media; General Manager for the Commercial Real Estate Exchange (CREX), President of Imagemaker360; Vice President, Business Development and Technology for The Toronto Real Estate Board; and Director of Products & Services for Royal LePage Canada. Don is also been contributor to REM – Real Estate Marketing Magazine and RISMedia Real Estate Magazine.

Howard is an excellent real estate manager and a very successful entrepreneur who understands the foundation of real estate. He began his career in 1984 after a successful career in advertising and marketing. After becoming registered as a Salesperson, he continued courses and obtained his Broker’s designation in 2006. During his sales career he achieved numerous sales awards.
In 2004, he founded Right At Home Realty with Arthur Bartram, formerly Vice President/Division Manager for Royal LePage Real Estate Services/Johnston & Daniel Division and Ronald Peddicord, formerly Senior Vice President Development, Oxford Properties Group. The company was founded on the premise that salespeople who embraced technology would be attracted to the unique and profitable business model of the brokerage.
He is a member of the Board of Directors at Right At Home Realty. Howard has been a member of the Arbitration, as well as, Public Relations Committees of the Toronto Real Estate Board. He is currently a member of the Chairman’s Advisory Council for Habitat For Humanity, Toronto. Howard currently manages the Richmond Hill office and is a non-selling manager.
Michel Friedman

Michel has earned a reputation in the real estate industry due to his exemplary management skills, his dedication to training and his level of expertise and professionalism. Michel is a highly ambitious individual, who takes a caring approach towards educating and training the people that he works with. He began his real estate career as a Salesperson at RE/MAX Realtron in 1990. In 1992, he obtained his Broker License, where he then continued on as a Manager at Transworld Simcoe R.E and HomeLife Cimerman Realty. He has also had the privilege of being Broker of Record at Dime R.E. and at Next Realty from 1994-2007.
Michel's knowledge and expertise has allowed him to be extremely successful in his interest field of systems development and franchising. He is also an accomplished real estate trainer. From 1992-1995, he was a Member of the TREB Education, By-Laws and the Ethics Committees. He was also a Trainer for the TREB Professional Development Program in 1994. RECO approved him as an education provider in 2002, and in 2007, he became a certified trainer for Buffini and RE/MAX's Succeed Programs. For the next 3 years, he obtained the Manager position at RE/MAX. Finally, in 2010, he became the General Manager at HomeLife Canada.
One of Michel's contributions at Right At Home Realty is his result-proven real estate training programs, which have now been fully implemented. Michel is a non-selling manager at the Don Mills office.
Gareth Jones

Gareth is a welcome addition to the management team at the Don Mills office, as he has earned a reputation for being a supportive and knowledgeable real estate professional with a proven track record of management success. Since 1989, when Gareth first acquired his real estate Broker’s license, he has enjoyed opportunities to explore the diverse facets of the industry, gaining vast knowledge and experiences along the way. Gareth left the industry for a few years, and is now re-instating his broker license.
Initially, Gareth focused on residential real estate sales which led to his successes in commercial sales of multi-unit income based properties, having residential, office, retail and industrial applications. Fourteen years of experience in leadership, building client rapports, successful negotiations, conflict resolution and outstanding sales results has won Gareth multiple achievement awards.
With the expertise applied from the commercial sector, he went on to become a Business Development Manager for a chartered bank, analyzing and arranging financing for these same property types. Gareth has obtained mortgage licensing through the Financial Securities Commission of Ontario along with the Accredited Mortgage Professional designation (AMP) through the Canadian Association of
Accredited Mortgage Professionals (CAAMP). The Real Estate Institute of Canada has also provided Gareth with a certificate in the Ethics and Business Practices program. Gareth is a non-selling manager at the Don Mills office.
Jim Engineer

Jim brings over 32 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, having obtained his Salesperson's License in 1980 and Broker's License in 1987. He started his career with Royal Trust Real Estate, followed by A.E. Lepage, Family Trust and Sutton Group, before joining us at Right At Home Realty.
He has been a consistent Platinum Award Producer and has had 100% successful closings over this extended period. His experience also includes being the Manager, Accounting and Administration of a Branch Office of a billion dollar pharmaceutical company and a Branch Office of a Corporate Sutton Group - Central Realty Office.
Jim's friendly personality, professional and personalized work ethic, integrity, track record, combined with his experience in Management and Sales are tremendous assets that he brings to us at Right At Home Realty.
Anissa Ho

Anissa is recognized as an accomplished real estate manager who believes in developing a culture of success and support. Anissa's dedication, hard work and perseverance are what allowed her to transition from an administrative position to a Managerial position in the real estate industry. She has a strong background in marketing, internet technology, graphic design and web design. She first began her real estate career in Administration in 2003. She then became a Salesperson for RE/MAX Realty Specialists Inc. in 2005. Later on that year, when she joined Right At Home Realty, she managed to move up from a Salesperson to a Branch Manager in 3 years.
Anissa’s dedication, passion, her impressive interpersonal skills and extensive knowledge of real estate administration and real estate sales is what earned her the management position at our Branch Office in Burlington.
Eva Liu

Eva, as a Finance Director, adds a unique level of expertise to the management team through CMA designation and her broker designation. Her commitment to maintaining efficient operations provides the company with a strong foundation on which year after year growth has been accomplished.
She has been involved with the real estate industry since 1997 as an Accountant. Her background includes a wealth of experience in operations and administration for real estate brokerages. In 2004, she became a Salesperson at Exit Realty Advisors, and later transferred to HomeLife TS Realty Inc. as an Accounting Manager. A year later, she joined Right At Home Realty as a Managing Director.
Eva's contribution to the day-to-day operations including excellent management support for the sales force provides a unique resource which benefits all members of the company.
Linda Watson

Linda is responsible for delivering new products and services; providing client service support to our sales team and she serves as our key liaison with RECO, TREB and OREA.
Linda has been with Right at Home Realty since the company first opened its doors in 2004. Prior to joining us Linda had a successful career with Cadillac Fairview.
Cherrie Wu
Manager, Accounting and Administration
Cherrie, as a Manager of Accounting & Administration, serves the day-to-day management duties for our Deal Processing Department and financial related activities. With her CGA designation and six years solid real estate administration experiences, she provides comprehensive support and innovative concepts to Administration Team. Her goal is to coordinate and manage the administration team members to ensure professional and customer-oriented services to all agents and clients.
Prior to becoming a member of Right At Home Realty, Cherrie worked for Re/Max Condos Plus. This experience provided her the advanced knowledge about Brokerage Management, and also the comprehensive understanding for Real Estate industry, especially in Pre-Construction field.
Cherrie earned a bachelor’s degree in Business and Financial Management from the University of Western Ontario. Currently, she is pursuing her CGA designation at the final phase.
